If they asked for proof of residence then its mandatory that you have to put residential certificate instead of Aadhar card.  

• Beneficial to put Domiciliary certificate. If you don't have it, then write an email to the department asking him about the query.

I do  not have any information about these colleges but Being an alumnus of LPU i would prefer LPU. LPU focuses on the overall growth of the students. So, LPU is surely a better option than any other University. LPU is one of the best private universities

The Directorate of Medical Education , Assam will release the Assam MBBS merit list 2019 on the second week of June. The authority will prepare the merit list based on the scores obtained in NEET UG exam.
