Hey there, as per previous year cutoff and your cet percentile it get really tough for you to get any of these college. As there ranking is very high. Kj somaiya has ranking below 2500 for a final round for open category including all branches. SPCE mumbai has cutoff below

So, I would suggest you try some PRIVATE colleges which conduct their own entrance test like Symbiosis Pune and NMIMS which conducts their own entrance exam
