I got 49.5 percentile in jee and 29 percentile in Maharashtra cet which college I get? Any government college is possible? My cast is obc

karan kharode 4th Jun, 2019
Hello tushar,
With these set of marks, your rank is far way below.
I don't think that government college will be possible for you to pursue your engineering.
There are several private colleges that you might get a seat at.
Best of luck!!

Hey!There

Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff, you seems not elligible for government engineering college with such score. You need 96+ percentile in JEE mains for government engineering college and 80+ in MHTCET.Look for another engineering entrance examination.

GOOD LUCK!

I got 76 pecentile in mh cet pcb which collages should i prefer?

Shruti Patwal 28th Jun, 2019

Dear Namaira,

With this percentile,  it is extremely difficult to get into a government college for pharmacy.  However,  you can try in private or deemed pharmacy colleges. You may get a seat through management quota.

Here is a list of private pharmacy colleges in Maharashtra:

Inorder to calculate your score for the MHTCET you can go with the simple mathematical formula
Score = 100* (Number of Candidate's in exam with normalised marks < the candidate's) / Total number of candidates in the exam.

Based on your percentile, we can just find your approximate overall rank. It is impossible to find the category rank as we don't know that how many students belonging to your category have appeared for the exam and out of those how many scored more than you.
