The formula to calculate rank from percentile is , 

(100-P) × N / 100 where P is the percentile and N is the total number of applicants.  

P= 90.12 , N = 2,76,166 ( in PCM )

100- 90.12 = 9.88

9.88 × 276166/ 100= 27285.2

Hello Aspirant,  It is impossible to to say that what percentile you have when you secured 100 marks in the exam. 

100 percentile means that you have got highest score with high accuracy. For eg., if 5 students have got 200 marks then they all will have 100 percentile and
