according to the latest news mhtcet 2019 state level exams will be declared on 4th june,2019 after 5 pm.
so may be you may face some server issue as lots of candidtes will checking the websites. some times due to lots of traffic server crash occurs. so dont
rank is calculated accoding to your score in mhtcet exam.
however according to percentile rank is not calculated. however as per your percentile you have low score. and that why it is really difficult to get tier 1 colleges at this score.
