After giving mhcet with your subjects pcmb then based on your intrests you can go for engineering or pharmacy .

Choose branch of engineering based upon your interest in that particular field, scope in that field and other factors or simply I say in which you are comfortable.

 There's  is no pass or fail criteria for the deemed University. So there is an minimum criteria set by the college  which has to be filled in order to get in good college. There is an cutoff list based on that we can decide the result.

Yes, you are eligible to take admission with your marks in B.Pharmacy in Pune/Mumbai. But there are very fewer chances that you will get a good college. You will get admission in some of under-rated college.
