According to your percentile in JEE Mains, there is no chance.

According to your MHT-CET score, you might get in some engineering colleges but of a lower tier.

You need to score more than 100 if you want a good college in Mumbai.

Based on your rank in the NIFT entrance exam, you will get to choose which NIFT branch you want.

Your counselling process will happen through OBC category. You will have to submit the necessary category

I doubt that you will even get the form for government medical college since 50% that is 100/200 in MHT-CET is minimum requirement for medicine.
