Hello Mayank. Yes it means the state from where you have given your hsc because there are different cut off for different states. Hence it is different for different states.

Congratulations for scoring well in board exam but for getting in engineering through Mhtcet you have to score at least 50% marks in physics chemistry and mathematics to get admission or you can take admission through management quota but you have to pay hefty amount of donations
