If you are from OBC, SC or ST category then you'll definitely get the first shift.

Since Pimpri Chichwad College of Engineering takes admission through both JEE Mains and MHT-CET , so you can apply for through them . Now , if you apply through your JEE Mains score you need to first clear the cutoff for 2019 JEE Mains as per your category.
