You can't get admission into a government college, but you can surely apply for minority college's, you may get admission there. 

Electronics engineering usually has more seat available than other engineering fields, you can give it a try anyway.

Hello Aspirant,  By the MHCET exam you can get CS/IT is your marks are lying between 170-180. The cutoff for the CS/IT is always high because everyone wants this branch. Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering also have high cutoff.
