You can't go to VIT pune through JEE mains counseling. You won't find the name in the list of colleges. So, i would suggest you to search for other alternatives. VIT is not included in the list of colleges that come under JOSSA. Hope this helped you.
Unfortunately, it's very difficult for you to get a government college, because CSE is most in-demand course in Engineering, and for government colleges the cut-off ends at above 95 percentile general category. So instead you should try for private local colleges, because you'd be wasting your efforts otherwise.Dont lose hope
