Hello Nitesh, you can download the admit card from the government's official website. You can visit there and download it. The site get pretty busy beacause of the traffic that appears on it. So just keep on reloading it. And it will load by itself. Hope this helps!!!

Yes, you need a given percentage to pass the year but that percentage the aggregate percentage. For example, your percentage in 5th semester was 49% and in 6th semester was 44% so the aggregate percentage is 46.5% which is over 45% so you pass.
