Hi,for admission into veermati jijabai technological institute you need to score 170+ in mhcet for computer science branch. If you are obc then around 145-155 is the cutoff marks for cse in VJTI. 142 is the lowest cutoff score till now. So, 117 can't get you a seat in VJTI

yes of course outsider students can also get admission in Government colleges excepting MHTCET.
infact you can get admission in any state.the only disadvantage is you will have score more as compared to local students.

to make strong grip on the concepts.
