In PCM your average should be 50% or above 50% .
175+ in MHT-CET would give you good rank so you can choose top colleges .
The cutoff varies course wise. Also, cutoff varies every year depending on various parameters such as the difficulty level of the exam, number of candidates appearing in the exam, number of seats, etc. You can go through the link below and refer to the previous year MHT CET Cutoff
