The minimum marks required or marks which is required to stay in a safe zone is 170ish in MHT CET to get B.Sc SC in your state.

I am not sure about the required marks for HSc to get into B.Sc in CS but i would like to

The documents upload is very strict process. You need to upload in size and the format specified. For photo generally they accepts .jpg/ .jpeg format. You may be uploading some other format photo.

So convert your photo in required format and size and then upload. You can use this

Eligibility Criteria to appear for MHT CET exam is as follows-

Candidates  are required to have passed HSC/equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with any one of the subjects – Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical/ Vocational subjects.

Candidates should have secured a minimum of 50 %

To prepare for the MHT CET exam, you should refer to the state board textbooks to clear your fundamentals. The whole syllabus of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of Std. XII will be included in MHT CET 2019 syllabus. Selected topics will have to be studied from Std. XI

you can apply for government colleges in maharashtra if and onlu if you have domicile certificate of maharashtra for 85% reserved seats and for 15% seats you can apply through JEE mains .
