i think 160+ is enough to be under 3000th rank.i suggest you to go through the below links. MHT CET cut-off is depend on minimum marks and no.of particpants in the exam.we can't say the accurate mark.so please use below links.

You can refer all books in following publications like PLPN,Marvel,Navneet And NCERT too
and here i've posted some important books apart from NCERT,
MHT CET needs just practice of solving papers in required time limit. To score good marks in MHT CET make sure your basics are clear. So, that you can solve tricky questions easily. Syllabus is based on your 11th and 12th class it is recommended to use your text books.

i think you'll be under maharastra state category,since you were born in maharastra and you should have domiciled certificate of mahrastra otherwise you'll be all india category only.

No, there is no centre of MH-CET exam in Bihar. MAH CET exam is conducted in 16 cities outside Maharashtra. They are Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Jaipur, Ranchi, Gandhinagar, Delhi, Delhi-NCR, Kolkata, Panaji, Lucknow and Verna.
