There is no such provision If you appear for MHT CET again then you will get admission in B.tech first year only as per your rank. Only Diploma students are eligible to apply for B.tech second year admission.

Yes, it does accept JEE scores. But, make sure you upload your JEE admit and scorecard during admission. Also while filling the MHT-CET form, mention you're appearing for JEE.

Admission will be granted on the basis of score of Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MH CET) or JEE Main.
