Coming to your question, are you referring to User ID and Secret Key given to you after document verification, through verification document acknowledgement slip, or are you referring to the Application ID generated after the registration on KEA website

No you can not get a medical government college after cracking MHT CET as through this exam, you can take admission into Pharmacy, Agriculture, Engineering and technology. For a medical seat, you should qualify NEET.
