See if you have applied for mhcet via JEE mains then your rank will be considered at India level since these seats are reserved for students from all over india and if you have given mhcet then your rank will be considered under CET rank I think you got the
All India merit rank is for MHTCET and 140 score shall fetch rank in rnage of 3500 to 5500.

There are few seats reserved for All India Candidates in every college. For admission in these seats all india rank is given. Suppose you got a college in a cap round(obviously that would be through state rank) and if you can get the same cllg through all india
