With this rank in OBC category the chances are high for NIFTS that too the top ones.

Considering last year cutoff's the closing rank was around 312 for NIFT Delhi and364 for NIFT Bangalore.

For NIFT Mumbai it was around 500 something.

The results for NIFT are not yet declared. The entrance exam was conducted on January 20,  2019 across 32 cities in India. It is expected that the results shall be announced in the month of May/June and after considering your scores obtained by test-takers in CAT(Creative Ability Test),

With a common merit rank of 388 you have good chances of getting B.F.Tech in NIFT. The campuses along with their previous years maximum closing rank for general category are listed below:

Dear Abhinav, NIFT hasn't announced any news about implementing 10% EWS reservation in its courses. The various categories benefitting from Reservation are SC/ST/OBC -NCL, PWD, SAARC/NRI, State Domiciles. There has been no mention of 10% EWS category. So until there is no official notification, we cannot comment on the implementation.
