Considering the last year cutoff's for NIFT Gandhinagar, it is possible as it was around 265 (closing rank).
Other than NIFT Gandhinagar, you can get NIFT Kolkata, Chennai(100%) and Hyderabad(50-50 chance).

If you can consider any NIFT's then yes there is a chance but of you consider the NIFT's like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabadand Gandhinagar then the chances are next to impossible.
Last year the closing rank for Kannur NIFT was 550 and for Patna it was 560

The result for written test has been declared on 6th March 2019 for B.FTech., M.FTech. and M.F.M. On the basis of written test, shortlisted candidates will be called for situation test/GD/PI round. You can also download their call letter for second stages from the website in this month
