No, it is not required. Once you are done with the NIFT exam you can take your paper with you. There is no such instructions given as to submit the question paper back after the exam. Still do read the instructions given carefully before proceeding with exam

Commencement of NIFT 2019 online application is Third week of October 2018.
Last date of NIFT 2019 application form is Last week of December 2018(28th).
NIFT entrance test 2019 is on 20th january 2019.
Result will be announced in fourth week march 2019.
