My CMR is 4613 and category ranking is 3321 is there any chance to get admission in any of the course in not?

NIFT Chennai, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad, Kannur , Kolkata, Patna, Raebarelli, Shillong, Kangra, Jodhpur, Srinagar,

Bhubhaneshwar, New Delhi (LD)
