Yes, there are very good chances for you to land up in best NIFT colleges. You have not mentioned the course which you want to pursue. The cut off varies a lot according to the course you choose.

No, there is surity that all the aspirants, who are called for counselling will get a seat. The admission are strictly according to the rank and availability of seats in different NIFT colleges. Candidates who do not get seats in first round counselling can go for subsequent round counsellings.
