The cutoff (Minimum qualifying marks) for open category is :- 100. if you apply for any IIT campus located in your residential state then you can apply for home state quota. Cutoff rank for open category:- IIT Bombay (2- 21), IIT Guwahati (22-60), IIT Hyderabad:- (27-58)

Students who are eligible to appear for the UCEED Examinations are those who have passed Class XII (or equivalent) in the year 2020, or are appearing in 2021, in any stream such as Science, Commerce, or Arts & Humanities are eligible to appear for UCEED 2021.

UCEED stands for Undergraduate Common Entrance exam for Design. It is an exam conducted for admission into design courses.
As your rank is pretty good so I believe you will definitely get a seat in any of the colleges under UCEED.

There are no separate seats reserved for ST (Female) category in UCEED. They will come under ST category. For ST candidates, 7.5% seats are reserved. The distribution of available seats in Bachelor of Design (BDes) programmes in each college for the academic year 2021-2022 are as follows:

As per your rank and previous year cutoff, IIT Bombay cutoff for IDC School of design is 21 in first round if counselling.
Cutoff rank is 22 in second round of counselling.
And cutoff rank is 32 in third round of counselling. So, you have a chance to get this college if cutoff rank imgoes beyond 31.

As per the last year's cutoff the cutoff for IITDM Jabalpur was 85 and above for general category .So being SC you can easily get there.You have also chance for IIT Guwahati and Hyderabad since the SC rank of those colleges stays around 70.

NID DAT is a pen paper-based exam, which is conducted in two stages for B.Des and M.Des. While Stage 1 is for Design Aptitude Test (DAT) Prelims and stage 2 is for Design Aptitude Test (DAT) Mains.
