I am afraid to say that you won't have any chance to get any of IIT or IIIT considering the previous cutoff. But still, there are other colleges in which you can apply to. Major colleges accepting its score are-

1.IIT Bombay

2.IIT Guwahati

3.IITDM

4.Central Institute

It is difficult to predict your rank as of now. But based on your current marks and previous years cutoff you may not get admission in any of the IITs because there are in total only 26 seats for OBC-NCL candidates in the three IITs providing the course

I expect 170 mark in UCEED 2019 OBC category. What will be my rank? 

The UCEED(Undergraduate common  entrance exam for design) 2019 is more difficult when compared to 2018......because the candidate has to attempt total 85 questions ,these 85 questions are divided into three catogeries

1*numerical answer type(NAT) this section was time taking

2*MSQ(MULTIPLE SECTION QUESTIONS)  this sction was tricky...ananlytical questions to be extruded
