The rank list of UCEED 2018 is likely to be released anytime soon. But please note that the exam conducting body doesn't release any category-wise list, though candidates can check the their provisional category-wise ranking.

Yes you can Expect IIT guwahati and IIT Dmj, for IIT bombay I'm not that much sure ( Refrence to the last year cutoff)
