how can i apply for those iit after scoring ceed exam?? is it any counclling are condected or I apply individually in those iit??

Vikas gehlot 21st Oct, 2018

There is no common counselling for CEED 2019 to be conducted by IIT Bombay. The participating institutes will hold the CEED 2019 counselling individually for admissions to M.Des. Candidates will have to apply separately for admissions to these institutes. Individual institutes are likely to conduct an aptitude test or interview as a part of CEED counselling and admission process. To participate in the admission procedure of the participating institutes, it is compulsory to qualify CEED 2019.

how much marks are required in seed to make to the merit list?

Saurabh Kumar 1st Oct, 2018

Hello Muskaan,

Factors determining CEED 2019 Cutoff

The cutoff of CEED 2019 will depend on multiple factors. Some of the crucial ones are mentioned below:

  • Previous years’ cutoff trends
  • Difficulty level of the question paper
  • Performance of candidates in CEED 2019
  • Total number of candidates appearing for CEED 2019
  • Total number of sanctioned seats in each programme

CEED Cutoff 2019- Key Highlights

  • CEED 2019 question paper will have two parts- Part A and Part B.
  • Part A will be a screening test for shortlisting candidates for Part B.
  • The merit list of CEED 2018 will be prepared based on Part B score, and will include both the opening and closing ranks of those candidates who have qualified for counselling round. The closing rank is also the CEED 2019 cutoff.
  • Each participating institute of CEED 2019 will have different cutoff.
