Your minimum requirement in GUJCET for DAIICT would have to be 95% in your 12th board exams with above 110 marks in GUJCET. There is also another criteria wherein the ratio of selection is based upon 60:40 ratio, in which the weightage of your board exams is 60.

Age
Candidates should be born on or after October 1, 1995 i.e., the upper age limit is 25 years.
Qualifying Examination
Candidates should have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) qualifying examination with Mathematics, Physics and any one of Chemistry/Bio-technology/Computer Science/Biology.
Those candidates who are appearing for the examination in 2020 will also be eligible for provisional admission. These candidates will have to submit proof of passing the qualifying examination by October 30, 2020.

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you have higher chances of getting NIT Bhopal because here you deserves Home Sate quota and in NIT Surat you have also chances but only if you are female, this prediction is according to previous year's cut-off.
