DAIICT Design Aptitude Test
Hi Vatsal,
Not even NTA can tell you the exact marks you need to secure to get into any of them because of the percentile systems which categorises the candidates into groups. That is if your percentile is 90 then you are better than 90 percent of population. Now this means even scoring 0 you can still get 90 percentile as there could be 90 percent candidates who have secured less than 0. To get into any of them for safe side you need to score 200+.
Hi Aspirant,
Hope you are doing well!! As you got decent percentile i.e. 95.07, so according to the given formula
(100 - your percentile)*869010/100
Your rank will be around 42,840. So you can get admission in Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology(DAIICT) very easily and you have also chances to sit in the counselling for PDPU, Gandhinagar.
I suggest you to make yourself prepare for JEE-Advance exam because it can give more prestigious institutes like IITs, IISER, etc.
Hope this helps you. For further queries feel free to ask.
Good Luck!!

ACPC counselling which is only for Gujarat students, one should have at least 94% in boards exams and an decent score in GUJCET. DAIICT’s cutoff closes at nearly 230 rank in ACPC. Another way to get into DAIICT is Jee Main. According to the previous years cutoff, in order to get a seat in DAIICT, you should score atleast 180 marks or you must secure a rank under 15000. Now it is previous year's data and cutoffs change every year as it depends on various factors.
Admissions at DAIICT Gandhinagar are done through ACPC self-counselling by institute for All India Seats & NRI Seats (15% seats). One having a score at least 180 marks has high chance to get into DAIICT. To get into ICT+CS( computational science ) branch you should have secured a rank under 10,000 in JEE Mains. Another way to get admission is ACPC merit list for which 60% weightage is given to board percentile and 40% to GUJCET percentile.
Dear Jaimin,
You got 87.96 percentile which is neither poor nor very good but decent one for reservation category like SC/ST, Gen-EWS, OBC, etc. Cut-offs are decided on the basis of your rank in JEE-Mains. According to your percentile your rank is near 104630. You can also predict your rank using the Rank Predictor Tool .

I think you have gone through the given data, now you can choose what is most appropriate for you.
According to me you should not leave the hope to get IITs because you have one attempt remaining of April, 2020 and your hard work can take you beyond your thinking and expectations.
All the Best !!
For doing engineering in electronics and telecommunication, both DAIICT and karunya university in Coimbatore are good options if you want to know for a girl. But in terms of faculty, infrastructure, placement and reviews I would recommend DAIICT for you as it is one of the best colleges out there with a good record to show for it.

Hi Darshan,
Both of them are on the same page based on the accreditation, infrastructure and placement. The highest package in the both colleges crossed 40 LPA and it went as low as 4-6 LPA.
Now come to the monetary aspect. Both of them would cost you around 7-8 lakhs. This does not include your travelling charges or hostel charges. So it comes down to what suits you better. Most of the students opt for VIT because it gained more popularity as it is established way before DAIICT (VIT-1984, DAIICT -2001).
