Yes you can definitely give mhtcet exam. But chances of getting in good colleges will be less as there will be a reservation for maharastra students. If you defintely need maharastra colleges get high scores. Hope this helps you.

if MHCET (80) is given, it might be that you have got 80 rank or 80 marks , but nothing is clear about that, so please recheck to it and give the details
