is caste certificate of other state is valid for admission in Maharashtras college??

Caste certificate is valid for whole of the India. But the decision to accept it in other states, lies with the management. If the Maharashtrians college don't accept it, it will be there decision only.

You can get colleges Rajarshi college of Pharmacy &. MUP College of pharmacy under SC category.

Both are decent enough and has more than 70% placements.

For government colleges in Pharmacy, chances are low as cutoffs above 140marks.

Your PCB marks will be considered for admission into Maharashtra based Pharmacy
