COE and VJTI are Giverment aided autonomous colkeges hence JEE Main not accepted.

For MHTCET scores, VJTI and COE Pune have cutoff above 145 marks under kashmir migrant quota.

Hence your chances are good for following government colkeges :

Btech - AMUEEE

It is very difficult to get coep with 91 marks .
The minimum marks for coep is 150 + .
So try for any other best college .
