He wouldn't get the Government Engineering College, Aurangabad at 60 marks in MHTCET.
His score is very low to get it.

Chances are very less for MIT Pune as cutoffs above 95marks.
However you can try Electronic engineering in CAP Rounds 4where you might have chance.

Sorry to say but you have NO chance to get CSE, IT or ECE at VIT, PUNE.
Well you may get it if you are a category Candidate and hence it completely depends on that.

You can appear for MHT CET for getting admission into private colleges in maharashtra, and not in government colleges. you can also get a seat in private collges through JEE Main. You can try any of these 2. For more details regarding this, please got to this link.
