if you want to go to engineering then diploma option is best, bcoz here you learn about a particular field in depth, whereas in 12th you learn the whole science as a basic

Firstly, if you want a seat in a college, yes it is mandatory to attend its counsellimg procedure. Apart from that for mms course in alkesh dinesh modi institute the cutoff is 110 or so. So you may try other courses or select another college alltogether to widen your

If you wish to take admissions in another state you will have to give another entrance exams.
