Choice filling is done according to your preferences. So you can only upgrade your seat now i.e. move up the list. Rounds are made so that vacant seats do not remain unfilled till last. So its not necessary to fill it again as you have already secured a minimum seat

The admission to engineering colleges depends on the category wise cutoffs. It also depends on various other factors such as - whether you belong to the Home university or other than home university, PwD category, etc.

In which Some of the students may get admission through it.

MH CET is a state exam,so if you are a domicile of Maharashtra you'll definitely have a benefit.
The MH CET result so far has been great,well according to the last year i.e 2018,the MHCET cutoff was about 150+ for general.
