DTE Maharastra considers MHT CET for 1st year candidate admission through counselling. So it is not possible to take an admission on the basis of JEE Main.
Anyway you can go for other colleges in Maharastra who accepts JEE Main for Admission.
Well accodring to your given marks, your rank woud lie between 21000 to 23000. Based on this rank I looked for several top colleges and their cut-off and it seems to me that you might not get chemical engineering in most of them. So i suggest you to look for
