YES, you can surely Repeat MHTCET Entrance exam for the year 2019.

But note that from this year, MHTCET will be completely online exam. Offline papers won't be conducted.

Hi. There is no such minimum marks that you must score. The more you score the better chance you get to take admission in the best university.
