The mode of filling the application form of MHT CET 2019 is online. Also the application fees, which needs to be paid online is INR 800 for general category while the fees for the reserved category is INR 600.

Unfortunately, the DTE considers the score of recent CET which in this case is CET 2019 for admissions to various institutes accepting CET score through the centralized admission process.

MHT CET 2019 exam will be conducted in Computer Based Mode and according to the official notification, the difficulty level will be the same as JEE Main.

Yes, there didn't mention second name or last name then type full name there itself. MHTCET 2019 have official website there go and ask about last name  blank is not there. Otherwise no need of this go directly. All the best. Get good rank and good preparation.

The MHT-CET offers Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects. Choice is between Biology and Mathematics; either the student can apply for any one of them or can apply for both of them. 

So it depends upon which subject combination you choose in MHT-CET application
