The minimum mht cet score varies on the stream you are interested but for scholarship you have to score min. 190 or more for 100% scholarship.

Outside Maharashtra students can appear for MHT CET. Outside Maharashtra Student won't be eligible for Government and Govt. Aided colleges, They will be eligible for All India Seats of Private colleges. However All India Candidature  candidates may or may not appear for MHT-CET 2018 as Score of JEE(Main) Paper I

yes, you can do b.arch through mht-cet.since some colleges like rizvi college., will accept mht cet rank for their admissions.but  i heard that for b.arch you should give NATA only.please refer the following links for your reference,
