Registration form for MHTCET 2019 exam is not yet started. They will starts in month of march and exam will be conducted after that. So wait till registration begun.

Actually as far as I know domicile requires 15 years of continous stay and they require so much of documentation for each year as proof. The other types of Maharashtra candidates are students whose parents are domicile or Govt employees with the certain eligibility criteria. So I am not sure
