The eligibility criteria for taking the  AIIMS entrance examination is that you need to be atleast 17 years of age. There is no maximum age limit as per now.

If you got 140 to 145 in open category then may be in 3rd or additional round you may get addmission in Metallurgical engineering. If you can score more than 155 then you have chances to get into either production engineering or civil engineering.
