As per JE Emain scores you cannot get any good colkeges.

However with MHTCET you shpukd go for below mnetioned colleges which offer Biotechnology and Biomedical engineering streams:

Indira gandhi College of Engineering
Flora Institute of Technology.

You can also go for B. Pharm courses at MUP college of pharmacy

You won't get tfws seats in government colleges and won't get high demand branches too. Wait for more rounds you will get seat in private colleges.

I am appearing for improvement exam.how do I fill mht cet along with my improvement exam

You just need to enter old marks based on your current scores.

Once improvement results arrive you shall be given chance to alter your marks.

Since results are not out for improvement exam you cannot enter new marks.

I got 85 marks in JEE Main and belongs to OBC category. Is any scope for admission in NIT or any institution under JEE

Since you have not provided your rank I'll suggest you to go through this link .
It gives you past years closing and opening ranks for the IITs,NITs, IIITs,GFTIs.

my mht cet marks are less than jee marks for dte counseling should i give only jee marks or give both ?

See, if you come from Maharashtra state then, they will consider your MHT-CET marks i. e. Home state and if your are from other state then they will consider your JEE main marks.
