You can do yo dte maharashtra site and see whole list of college. Maharashtra government colleges take seats through CET. If you have good score ( say above 150 ) try for colleges like COEP, VJTI, PICT, VIT , SPCE.

Sorry to say but NO.
You won't get ICT MUMBAI B.Chem Engineering any how with this score in MHTCET.
You need to have at least 175+ in MHTCET for OPEN CATEGORY to get into ICT CHEMICAL ENGINEERING.
