D Pharm generally takes the admission through GPAT however there are times when the colleges do accept the scores from the NEET exams too.

Your eligibility for hsc marks is 50% aggregate in PCB if you have got that then you are eligible otherwise not check accordingly

CeT cutoffs this year expected to increase due to following reasons:

• Closure of many unaccredited colleges reduced numbers of total seats
• Easier level of paper
• Excellent performance of students
• Increase in total appearance of candidates. 

All these factors may marginally add up 10-20% cutoff and set to increase. 

you have got good marks but , you can try , there are chances to get but not for sure
