With this rank it will be quite Impossible to get any NIFT's for Bfetch. 

As you have mentioned General category so let me clarify you with the last year's cutoff's.

You can easily forget Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Gandhinagar and Kolkata as the cutoff for these closes at 250-300
