The NIFT Entrance Examination is conducted every year by the National Institute of Fashion Technology for admission to its undergraduate (Bachelor of Design, Bachelor of Fashion Technology) and post-graduate courses in Fashion.
The entrance consists of three parts - written test, situation test and personal interview. Shortlisted candidates will be offered admission in various design programmes across the 16 campuses of NIFT.
There are 19 participating colleges and Number of Seats are 2370 Seats.
Mode of application is online and Mode of Exam is offline.

According to the eligibility criteria for the NIFT exam , the students must have completed their 10+2 board exam from a recognized Central or State board.
Since, Bihar Open board is a recognized board and comes under the Government of India, and you have passed it, therefore you are eligible to give the NIFT entrance exam.

National Institute of Fashion Technology will release the NIFT 2021 Application Form anytime soon in online mode. The NIFT application from can be summitted in offline mode too. Due to the ongoing pandemic it is difficult to predict any date. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. Candidates should be of 23 years of age as on October 1, 2020 to be eligible for NIFT exam.

NIFT 2021 is supposed to be conducted in the third week of January 2021 . National Institute of fashion technology will release the NIFT 2021 Application Form anytime soon in online mode.
Registration opens from December 2020 and the Last date to apply is the last week of December 2020.Application correction will start from 1st week of January 2021. Release of Admit card will be in the 2nd week of January 2021

National Institute of Fashion Technology or in short NIFT Delhi organizes its own entrance exam for the candidates who aspire to learn designing and styling courses. By qualifying, one can secure admission in undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the school of designing. Anyways coming to the point, for eligibility criteria, you must completed your 10th and 12th from a recognized board with pass marks. You need to visit regularly so as to create a login id and check the starting date to fill up application form, which usually comes up in October. After filling up the form giving scanned photo and signature and submitting the fees according to your caste category, you need to download the admit card online which comes by January. The entrance test day is fixed on within January. Based on your qualifying marks and there is no quota while getting admission, you will be enrolled any of NIFTs situated over 16 cities. It offers UG courses such as BDes Fashion Design, BDes Accessory Design, BDes Knitwear Design, BFTech Apparel Production, BDes Leather Design, BDes Textile Design, BDes Fashion Communication and PG courses such as MDes, MFTech & MFM respectively.
