Under Female quota, seats are first offered in general category then in their caste category. Since you have been allotted government quota unreserved seat. There is no need to produce OBC category certificate!

if you do not report physically you should contact the college immediately with a valid reason of you not visiting there physically , otherwise they may cancel your application and you seat .
