Sorry but there is no chance of you to get free seat in any government college for B.Sc. Agriculture.
Can't say for sure but there is a little chance of you to get B.Sc. Agriculture or any other course on paid seat.

You have not mentioned the Category you belongs to so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it. You have decent chances of getting Agriculture seat or Pharmacy seat based on previous year's Closing Ranks but cutoffs varies from year to year.

And many collage give admission under 300000 rank in open category.

As per the admission criteria defined by JAC , the seats are reserved to students based on home state, gender, community , category and other quota.
So, if 1 seat is reserved for ST Student outside Delhi in IT Branch then it means first
