As per your Rank in TS EAMCET you might not get seat in some good engineering colleges for CSE Branch in Hyderabad.

As you haven't mentioned your Caste Category considering you under General Category although it's tough but you can get seat in these colleges for any other

I think you are asking about mbbs seat in govt medical College instead of mmbs because there is no such course.

So if you want to get govt mbbs seat you will have to appear for neet exam which is going to conduct on September 12.
